RCVS recognised advanced practitioner in small animal cardiology

Rajka is an experienced medically biased veterinary surgeon with a long standing passion for small animal cardiology. She undertook studying for her first certificate in cardiology years ago whilst she was working in primary care practice and after its completion she was granted advanced practitioner status by Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. She recently completed her second, advanced certificate in cardiology awarded by ISVPS and Improve international (GP AdvCert Cardio) and is considering undertaking further academic studies in this field.

Rajka has been providing friendly independent mobile second opinion services in small animal cardiology for  more than two years and she is finding being a cardiology clinician very rewarding. In addition to doing the job of her dreams, she is eager to dedicate more time to learning and expanding her expertise in this field.

She is also taking great pride in building strong relationships and supporting her  partner practices and encouraging referring veterinary surgeons to take a more active role in referrals so they could learn more about their patient’s condition.
